UNIT: This a larger 2-bedroom unit that is newly renovated. Its upgrades include:

- New clearcoat of hardwood floors.
- New stainless refrigerator
- New granite kitchen counters, sink, faucet.
- New bathroom granite/quartz counter and double sink, with massive 72in vanity mirror

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for a reliable long-term tenants that meets the following criteria (FYI: we are more flexible with credit, if you are very strong in other categories).
- 650min credit score
- 2.5-3x monthly rent for income
- Strong rental history
- Strong income/work history.
- Washer/Dryer hookups (and machines per tenant request)
