Tenants pay their own heat (propane- forced hot water) and other personal utilities.

Owner will take care of the landscaping and snow removal from the driveway. Tenant is responsible for their own stairs. If need be, the owner can do this too.

The owners have an awesome black lab, so you must get along with the owners pup.
