4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHonestly this school gets dumped on for no reason, although it looks bad and the reviews aren't high this school has improved so much and the people here are so kind.Parent Review1y ago - Grange Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy two sons have both attended Grange, one in 7th and 8th and now my other son started 6th this year. The school overall surprised us very much, what an outstanding experience they both have had. Both of our sons CST scores were the highest ever since attending this school (both scored advanced scores in all subjects). Teacher involvement in challenging students to pursue advanced courses has been top notch with both of my son's keeping a 4.0, this had not been the norm for them before. The neighborhood is a little rough and I think there are some misconceptions about this middle school due to the fact that it is this area. I would say if your child is interested in learning and excelling Grange can meet if not exceed these expectations.Parent Review11y ago - Tolenas Elementary School
- K-7
- Public
- 566 Students
2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school would do very little for bullying, mainly either only telling the kid off or just suspending them instead of actually teaching them the right ways. The school had very little supervision and kids would often do stuff when the teachers aren't looking like fighting or others. One teacher would curse at students when he got mad and there was very little help for the students who were behind, I would recommend moving your kids to a different school or Grange as a middle school.Student Review11mo ago - Matt Garcia Career and College Academy

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMatt Garcia has been a great credit recovery school for my daughter , the staff is very friendly and super supportive . The principal Cindy has been efficient and fair in handling a lot of sensitive situations with misunderstood, troubled teenagers . they could use some help with the annoying automated phone calls home , but other then that , Im a happy parent , and looking forward to watching my daughter graduate this year .Parent Review9y ago - Check out schools near 1994 Elijah St.

"We love the farmers market, the dollar movie nights, the proximity to Napa and inexpensive wines, and the food truck Thursday’s at the park! Awesome elementary school (Cordelia Hills Elementary) as well! This school should be ranked much higher than 7/10 - it’s GREAT!"
