The surrounding suburbs are also very affluent. It’s only minutes to several upscale malls. There are many restaurants ranging from fast food to former. There is an AMC theatre. The city is spending sixty million dollars on a huge public park with pools and tennis."

Full of nature and walking/biking trails, restaurants, shopping, multi family houses, home values in excess of $10 MM down to $250K. It is wooded community of 120k residents with strict commercial space signage heights that can not sit any higher than 10ft, must be hidden by natural landscape. No existing trees can be removed from any residential property without the pre approval of The Woodlands Township"
