We are a couple working professionals, with a well trained golden retriever. Sorry we can't accept other pets.
Only renting out one room, so there will be only 3 people living in the house.

No smoking inside, no laundry after 11pm, ok with occasional overnight guests.

Trader Joe's , Great Mall, and many parks are close by and it's very safe. Only Main Street remains an eyesore."

    "It’s decent taking the 880 fwy but it can get congested. I have even taken the streets some days to and/or from work. With traffic it is about a 25-30 minute commute. Without traffic it is less than 15 minutes."

    "It’s all cemented for a brisk walk around this neighborhood, atleast that’s how I feel with my feet already being tired as they do, the concrete only makes the reality of fatigue all the more real.. if you ask me, a decent park that’s animal friendly is all my dog & I would ever welcome & need because he’s worth it.."
