- Applicants must have valid government issued photo ID.
- Monthly household income must exceed 2.5 times the rent. Income must be from a steady, gainful job (Please provide income verification: 6 weeks of most recent pay stubs or 2024 W2/Tax Return and 3 months of recent bank statements).
- Positive references are required from the applicant's last two property managers, and there must be no eviction history.
- Minimum credit score of 600
- A credit report and background check is required for all applicants over 18 years old.

Commutes out of town can take a long time, but they are near completion on many new roads and improvements for travel. Overall though you can’t find a more friendly city with MANY free activities and a wonderful sense of community."
