Yard maintenance is responsibility of tenant. Beyond mowing grass this property has beautiful trees that generate needles, which need to routinely be cleaned from roof and gutters along with the yard. Maintenance can be managed by owner at a pass-through cost, included in monthly rent if tenant prefers.
$1,500 total deposit. No cleaning fee however, if required upon move-out will be deducted from deposit.
Half deposit (non-refundable) is due at signing of lease. This will be applied to all remaining deposits and rent which is due in full prior to move-in.
