All utilities, including electric, water, sewer, propane for cook stove, refuse and cable or internet are not provided and are the responsibility of the tenant. The home is wired for fiber optic and you can get blazing fast service for $55.00 a month.

All landscaping is the responsibility of tenant and will be expected to be maintained as handed over at lease signing.

No smoking/vaping in the home and any aspect related to the propagation of marijuana is prohibited inside the home.

All appliances will be maintained by landlord with the exception of the washer and dryer which are provided as a courtesy and can be removed at the tenants request.

Lease will be for 6 months and will transfer to a month to month at that point.
Lease will include a no subleasing clause i.e. no multiple room mates.

Applications and screening will be handled through ezLandlordotcom. Credit, Background and Eviction History checks will be completed, non refundable screening cost is $34.95 and will be paid by you to EZ Landlord directly so we do not have to view your personal information unless we enter into a lease.

This is our family home we lived in since 1982 and we will be passionate about it not getting trashed, inspections will be performed on a biannual schedule to ensure tenants are treating it with respect.
