    "This city is a nice, family-friendly community. Lancaster may be a city of 38,000 that has experienced significant growth, but it is still "small town" at heart. There's lots of recreational opportunities and events throughout the year. In twenty years of living here, I've never felt unsafe. Most neighborhoods are very nice and quiet."
