At Willow Creek, we strive to continually upgrade our homes so that every apartment feels like a brand new home for our next resident.

APARTMENT DETAILS:

This gorgeous ground-floor one bedroom apartment was just renovated with new vinyl plank flooring throughout, new carpet in the bedroom, a new bathroom vanity and top with undermount sink, new tri-fold mirrored medicine cabinet, new vanity lighting, a new bathroom exhaust fan and heater, and new electrical fixtures throughout.

All of our homes come with open layouts with an open kitchen and breakfast bar. The kitchen has a self-cleaning oven, garbage disposer, dishwasher, glass-top range and a rented range hood - clean up is a sinch! Storage includes a double-wide bedroom closet, a bathroom linen closet with built-in shelving, a coat closet near the front door and a tall pantry for food storage.

All apartments have a wood-burning fireplace for cozying up in the winter and a large patio (over 50 square feet) for enjoying the beautiful grounds. The apartments surround a large courtyard surrounded by rhodedendrons and the lawn slopes down to Horse Creek, where salmon run in season.

Willow Creek is a peaceful, gardened community on two acres with a large quartyard in the middle of the property, sloping down towards Horse Creek. The property is lovely, with native trees, shrubs and flowering plants in abundance.

Laundry is provided in our laundry room, with high-capacity washers and dryers (either coin-op or app-based.)

Management and Maintenance live on-site and respond to any issue immediately.

LOCATION:

Willow Creek is a short walk (10-15 minutes) to downtown Bothell, McMennamins and all the shops and trails accessible near downtown Bothell. 522, 405 and I-5 are all just minutes away. Rather bike? The Sammammish River Trail / Burke Gilman is about a half mile away, accessible from Bothell's gem of a downtown park - Bothell Landing. University of Washington, Bothell and Cascadia Community College are also easily accessible at about a mile away.
