The lower level has wall to wall wool carpeting, a built-in home office with desk, cherry cabinetry, and shelving. The family room area of this level has a complete home theatre surround system built-in. The black brick fireplace is true vintage 50's in design. The Utility/storage room; laundry room separate the main living/work area from the 3rd bedroom and bath. Even this level enjoys wonderful natural light, and privacy. There are also two solid mahogany doors on this level, one convenient to the gardens and the other direct to the font driveway for easy unloading of major shopping purchases.
Easy access to public transportation. The #49 bus stops directly across the street and will quickly connect you to downtown, the LightRail station, or UW. Close to South Lake Union. A short walk to several parks and gardens including Volunteer Park. Easy access to I-5.
