About this House

1-2 bedroom apartment available for lease take over, starting Sept. 1st!

Located on the 1900 block of Pratt St, 3rd floor apartment with great view of the harbor.
Cat-friendly, has washer/dryer in unit and adjustable ac/heat! My partner and I used it as a one bedroom and used the other bedroom as our living room, but could also be used as a two-bedroom apartment. 5 min walk to the park, 15 min walk to JHMI, 15 min walk to the harbor. Really great location.

Rent 1450, utilities not included. WiFi $45, water $90, BGE variable month to month. Great landlord + team who are very responsive to needs. You would be taking over our current lease, Sep 1st-May 31st. Could consider a flexible start date.

Photos are from an old Zillow posting while work was still being wrapped up, DM for lived-in photos or more information! We are sad to be leaving this spot, we're ending the lease early due to having to relocate for school.

This is a take-over of a current lease/sublet.
