"We LOVE Flyway Meadows! We have kids so we were looking for a place with a backyard, which proved difficult. We came across Flyway Meadows and it had everything we needed and more! A privacy fenced backyard, 2 car garage, granite countertops, pest control, landscaping service, and high speed internet to name a few. The townhouses have a very open layout with many windows so there is plenty of sunlight. The neighborhood is small, quiet and calm so kids play outside without worries. Our property manager is precious! Dallas takes the time to address everyone’s needs, no matter how small. She always makes sure we are taken care of and is very active in the community. I’ve never had a property manager who was so helpful, and willing to find solutions, no matter how unusual the issue. There is space to grow here, and rumor has it we will be getting additions such as a playground and a dog park in the future! We’re definitely enjoying our time so far! "

"Not really great at all. School busses. School traffic that is poorly regulated and in general the infrastructure just isn’t it. "
  • Caitlin Johnson
"There are not really any sidewalks. Also, there are a lot of people who drive quickly so it makes it not very safe neighborhood if you’re wanting your kids to be able to play with others in the neighborhood. Just an entire lack of sense of community."
  • Isaiah Terwilliger
"Safe, clean, friendly and overall wonderful. I will live in Lowell as long as it continues to be this way. 10/10 would recommend. "
  • Polygonmom
"I’m retired. Sorry! But I believe that, because Lowell is between Fayetteville and Bentonville, it’s the perfect place to live in order to commute in either direction. The Interstate is close."
  • Timothy H.
"Owners walk their dogs in the neighborhood. You'll feel safe. And everyone is polite. Homes are becoming available. "
  • Timothy H.
"I lived in this neighborhood for a decade. And don't plan on leaving. It's kid friendly, don't hear loud music, or any barking dogs."
  • Sofiaexplorer
"People keep to themselves but come out and help if they see neighbors needing any kind of assistance. "
  • Timothy H.
"The neighborhood is safe. it's a growing area. For the most part, everyone is nice. Some are disrespectful and play music loud sometimes. "
  • Angelee S.
"It’s a great neighborhood to live in. There’s a park right around the corner. People are friendly and you are close by to pretty much a lot of places"

"city of lowell is very poorly run and a bad place to live because of city officials incompetence. my neighborhood has had raw sewage flowing through our streets for years. the problem was created by lowell with a good ol boy handshake. now sabre heights is being exposed to diseases everyday and the city refuses to do anything but throw band aids at it"
  • Ann D.
"we have a very active city council and a great police force We have the best Harp’s in the State. I utilize local businesses for most things i need"

"I live in the area, and it is a perfect central location for NWA. You can get anywhere to have a night out on the town with the family (Promenade and Pinnacle Hills Area) within 10 minutes, or to Party (Fayetteville with-in 15-20 minutes using Old Wire. The area as a whole surprised me moving from a big town. Friendly, family oriented area. Very well pleased with the decision to move to this area."
  • Mikeretagraham
