Rent is due 1st of each month, no later than 3rd of each month

All utilities and water will be paid by the renter. This is a non-smoker resident inside and outside the home and no pets are allowed. Outside storage unit will not be available for tenant. Cutting the grass, leaves, and snow removal will be the responsibility of the Tenant(s)

The resident will be leased to a family up to 6 people

Non-Tenant will not be allowed to park in parking space on resident property longer than 5 days. The carport/driveway will be allowed up to 4 cars for tenant

This is a furnished/or unfurnished 4 bedroom resident. Any damage to the furniture will be the responsibility of the tenant. 3rd floor bedrooms and baths, 2nd floor kitchen dining living room area, 1st floor 4th bedroom and family room, washer and dryer available

The landlord will be responsible for paying a monthly fee for the security system but the tenant will be responsible for replacing batteries lights and any when needed.

This resident will not be subleased, the tenants only on the lease will be renting property. If this occurs, the tenant's lease will be voided immediately and the tenant will have to vacate immediately.

The Landlord will not be responsible for paying a fee for a non-security alert to police that comes out to property. The tenant will need to contact Landlord immediately so the landlord can disarm the alert while the tenants are away from the resident.

All major maintenance that requires a licensed electrician, plumber or a/c to repair will be the responsibility of the landlord. Any miner maintenance such as toilet stoppage, shower, bathtub stoppage due to hair or other than toilet tissue, tenant will be responsible for.

The tenant is required to provide renter's insurance which will cover them and their property and any damage to the interior, exterior, furniture, appliances inside and outside of the property,
