About this House

This is a fully furnished loft in a 3 bed, 3 bath condominium. Upstairs you'll have a private bedroom, bath, walk-in closet, living room, and balcony that feels like your own place. Kitchen area is communal. Very open feel with high ceiling's throughout the home. Newer furniture tastefully decorated to feel comfortable like you're on a vacation. Spiral staircase to your area with a Smart TV that allows you to stream your favorite channels. You will have your own personal mini refrigerator for snacks and refreshments, while still having full access to the main kitchen for cooking. Eat in kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, air fryer, toaster, and plenty of storage space for your food. Keurig coffee machine for espresso, regular coffee or lattes. The main balcony has a beautiful view of Carlsbad and Encinitas, partial ocean view and you can enjoy the array of friendly hummingbirds that come daily to drink on their feeder. Full access to community swimming pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball courts, park benches and walking trails. I have a shy cat and dog who primarily keep to themselves and would not be allowed in your area unless you want them to be.
I supply everything including bathroom and beach towels and cleaning products to maintain your space, but you are responsible for your toiletries and laundry detergent. Washer and dryer is included in the home on the first floor.
Overnight guest may be considered on a case by case basis and an additional fee may be imposed.

My goal is to have your stay as pleasant as possible in a clean, quiet, comfortable and positive environment so it feels like home. I'm looking for someone who is kind, friendly, open communicator with a light energy, trustworthy, and primarily works full time away from home.

This is my private home, so I generally do a month to month lease, usually maxed at 3 months, but can be flexible depending on situation. No smoking of any kind or substance abuse. I love animals so I am open to a small to medium size dog that's well trained but has to get along with my dog, and an additional deposit would be required. I have a daily dog walker that assists with walking too that can walk your dog as well if needed. Lots of open parking in the community. No over night guests, parties or loud music. I work a 9-5 job, so mellow evenings are a must. Hopefully you like to cook and maybe enjoy some reality shows too! Gas and electric portion maybe be on average $50.
