  • Philippe An
"School score and neighborhood safety. Public parks access, health services and children related outdoors. "
  • Thomas Greene
"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"
  • Trulia User
"Dog owners seemed to frequently walk their dogs in this area of town and pick up after them. Few grassy areas around."
  • Matt G.
"During the day, the park is well populated and safe. Be careful though, There are often homeless people living near the trails by the River."
  • Matt G.
"There are Occasional homeless and people on drugs in the park, however overall it feels very safe. "
  • Hayley R.
"You are very close to downtown, but there are green spaces close. Easy commute if you work in the city. Mainly apartments and condos. "
  • Lynh N.
"None, i work from home and I walk, take the bus or light rail. You have everything you need within walking distance."
  • Christopher
"This is a very busy area and there are a lot of events here. It is an RTD hub. I love downtown Denver everything is right around the corner."
  • Adam J.
"Great area to live. You won’t be disappointed. Urban living is expensive, so make sure you do the research before you buy. "
  • Ddaffer7
"Very heavy traffic! Keep close watch of the energetic little ones. Lovely multicultural, but some sad folk"
  • dmacglass
"Awesome town... stayed at The Maven. An astonishing hotel with 16+ choices to eat (open to the public) as well as a few great bars. Lots of stuff for college age and older folks to do."
  • Ryan A.
"There’s not a lot of grass in the area at all, so you have to go a few blocks to a park. There’s a few trees here and there but overall it’s a very new and urban part of town with little landscaping."
  • Patrickedwards
"I work from home, so there’s no commute, but the neighborhood is great for little spots to work at if you want to get out."
  • Claus W.
"Exciting, convenient, lots of restaurant and great ones, easy commute to anywhere, public bikes, scooters and cars available all the time"
  • Sherk1560
"No good schools close, great transportation options. Lack of safe parks, and so so so so many homeless people! "
