Hello - My name is Joe and I'm the landlord, not a property management company.

I'm in search of the right people to live in this community, not just rent it to the first person that applies. I've learned the hard way, that if I rent a place to the wrong person, it will change the dynamics of our entire community.
I'm are aware that we are below market value rental rates. I am looking for a long-term, stable renter, who will stay for a long time.

Here are some important points to understand about me and my process:

* All the units are on lock-box, so easy to see and view. However, before anyone sees the units, we need to talk. Answer a few general questions andI will contact you to have a conversation first, then we can take the next step.

* I love pets and do not charge pet rent. There is a pet cleaning fee.

* Properties are sprayed on a regular basis for bugs. There is no charge for this.

*The tenant is responsible to make and pay for small repairs.

* As I said, you do not need to pay an application fee. Too many property management companies treat application fees as a profit center, not me. However, prospective tenants will pay for the cost of their credit check. This is just to recover the costs of the credit check.

* If you prefer to meet in person, we can arrange that.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
