"There are a lot of dogs in the area so with that being said, you can’t just let your dog run free. The river trail is very nice for walking your dogs. Hawk island doesn’t allow dogs in the water but they do allow dogs in the river trail part, but not on hawk island property. "
  • Mizumaru42
"Our community is especially quiet and full of wildlife. Neighbors are friendly and lots of people go walking and jogging. Halloween has a good turnout as well. "
  • Baleighprimak
"Nothing we hear gun shots at least once a month it’s a terrible place to raise a family. We are trying so hard to buy a house so far away from this part of Lansing. Also taxes are high for living in such a bad neighborhood. With a busy street like this there should absolutely be sidewalks or street lights. The only thing not to complain about is cops are very responsive whenever we need to call about gunshots, but obviously we shouldn’t have to call in the first place. Also if you don’t lock your cars, they WILL be broken into."
  • Baleighprimak
"Nothing it’s terrible I hate where I live our area is considered good but I can constantly hear gun shots I call the police at least twice a year "
