About this House

Home was recently remodeled with new tile in the bathrooms and laundry room. All new dark brown engineered wood flooring downstairs. All new carpet upstairs. New kitchen granite counter tops and stainless steel sink/faucet/garbage disposal. We love the open floor plan, ease of living spaces, all four bedrooms upstairs, 3-car garage + storage, new lighting, privacy, mature landscape with fruit trees (apple and nectarine), gated RV/boat parking, 1/2 mile loop neighborhood great for walking, zoned for 9 month school (Estes McDoniel), large private swimming pool (heated), private hot tub, security lighting, park like backyard for children's play equipment, irrigation system, hummingbirds/butterflies galore, flowering plants, covered patio, close to shopping, Ralph Lauren paints, amazing entry way, built in shelving and cabinets, 2 large bathrooms w/ shower-tub combo, fair utilities & taxes, large master bedroom and bathroom (separate whirlpool tub and 48"x48" glass enclosed shower), enclosed toilet area, large closets in all 4 bedrooms (2 are walk-in and 2 are sliders), ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 2 gas fireplaces (master has 2-way fireplace next to jetted tub).

Neighborhood Description

Very low home owners association dues. Very quiet and safe. The fire station is less than 1/4 of mile from my home. The streets are wide for traffic and kids' bikes. Low HOA approx $195 annual payment, $16 roughly per month. Home is located on interior side of neighborhood so no backyard apartments or busy street. The home behind our house is below elevation as is the home to the east. Backyard is very private.

Also we are zoned for Green Valley High. Green Valley Parkway is not comfortable at night as solar lighting has darkened it. I drive, don’t commute by bus"
