Wow!!! The owners have just recently updated most of the costly exterior items that will serve the new owners well for years to come, including transferable warranties. Neighborhood is friendly. Properties are maintained well. It’s an older neighborhood with lot’s of trees with nice wide streets and sidewalks. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood.
