A multi-level deck provides over 450 sq ft of space to relax outdoors and enjoy panoramic mountain views. The deck includes a newer high end private spa on the lower level as well as a grill for outdoor entertaining. Two cars may park in the one heated garage space and one outdoor space. This is a quiet spot with great neighbors. One block walk to the free Summit Stage transit stop. Rent includes all utilities, cable and high speed internet, snow removal, spa maintenance, and trash. Rental is available starting at the beginning of November. This is for a 6 month lease term. Well behaved dogs or cats may be considered with additional pet deposit and pet rent. Absolutely no smoking. Rent is $7200/mo with 1.5 months security deposit. Pricing differs for shorter lease terms.

Lease available starting Nov 1. The 6 month rent price is $7200/mo due on the 1st of every month. Shorter terms considered case by case at $9000/mo. The 1st month rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. No smoking. Proof of renters insurance required and must be held for the duration of the lease. All potential tenants must provide references and undergo and pass credit check, background check, income verification, etc. Parking includes heated garage and outdoor space. Pet policy and associated pet deposit and pet rent will be based on type and number (no more than 2) of pets. Absolutely no subleasing of the unit.

We're only 75 miles, or about 1:20 hr. from Denver. 9 miles from Keystone/Copper. 25 from Vail. Minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, Silverthorne's incredible recreational center, the library and the Post Office. Folks are friendly and helpful as well as fun. "

    "We live in Hamilton Creek. The community borders National Forest. Summit County's 4 ski areas are close by. Steambot is 90 miles North West. Vail is 25 min West. The community is low density with wonderful trails built by community members. Elk, deer, fox, a few bears and moose live peacefully together. Winter & Summer recreation is enjoyed by all."
