Newly furnished and all utilities included. This large, open and bright studio in The Highlands (LoHi) is the best location to access Interstate I-25 and is a walkable/bikable neighborhood. The property is perfect for a couple as it is large and has custom built closets and tons of storage. Everything is new as of Sept 2023. The area hosts some of the best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga, sporting events, concerts, performing arts, etc. Tonsof restaurants, coffee shops, yoga - all within walking disantce. Skier? Get to slopes quickly from this location. The building is very secure with elevator access. The kitchen and living/bedroom area are open with high ceilings and lots of outdoor light from the large windows. The bathroom has an oversized shower and another storage closet. The large, granite kitchen island is perfect for remote workers and/or chefs that enjoy cooking on a gas stove and an oven that steam cleans itself. A Samsung washer/dryer has high end options like steam clean/dry and is located in the unit. the back deck is large with outdoor sofa and table, a large gas grill and plenty of space to enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Parking is always available on the street and scooters and bikes are all over the area for a quick ride to favorite hot spot. For a studio, this space is huge!
