The house is located in what I consider a very convenient area. When traffic is light, it's just a 12-minute drive to New Orleans Downtown. It's right off the Terrytown Parkway exit, just after crossing the Crescent City Connection bridge. We're close to Algiers Point, the French Quarter, and even closer to Oakwood Mall on the Westbank, with many stores and businesses nearby. Our home is in the same block as Terrytown Elementary School and Terrytown Park, and just a short walk to the local library and fire department. One of the things we love most about this location is that even during heavy rain, our street does not flood. The neighborhood is super calm.
The front yard has a beautiful cypress, white oak, and magnolia tree, and the patio is a lovely place to relax. The backyard is spacious enough and includes a shed in great condition.

The renting term is for a year. The lease agreement will have many specifics. In general it is expected that the property is well taken care off. No indoor smoking, use house appliances, AC and pluming with care and in a mindful manner.

You are welcome to contact landlord for a paper application as an initial screener.
