Bermuda is a quiet cul-de-sac street, just off Cherry in the Alamitos Beach area of Long Beach. You are just four blocks from the beach with easy access to the award-winning shopping, restaurants and nightlife on Retro Row. The building is within close proximity of public transportation as well as the 710 and 405 freeways.

*Proof of Renters Insurance is required upon move-in

Qualifications:

1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others
2. Monthly household Income must be at least two and half (2.5) times the monthly rent
3. One Year of verifiable employment and rental history
4. Will not accept collections, judgements, or evictions from previous landlord(s)
5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs)
6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher
7. $50 money order or cashier's check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult
8. Co-signers are only accepted for Full-time students (Co-signers must make four (4) times the monthly rent)

The first application that is approved and a deposit is received, will be the applicant(s) that obtains the unit.
