Located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach. This unit is conveniently located near shopping stores and lots of fun & delicious restaurants. With just minutes away from the beach you will find this location offers both beauty and comfortability. This unit comes with street parking only and there is an onsite community laundry room. Owner pays for the water and gardener.

We start all newly approved applicants on a 9 month lease to start, no exceptions.
Renters insurance is required for all adults in the approved rental party
We look for an immediate move in upon approval.
Pets are not being considered at this time.
