Owner pays for the water and gardener.

650 or above for FICO credit scores required for all adult applicants in order to be considered for rental
3x the rent for monthly gross income, we do not accept co-signers for income requirements.
$40 application fee per adult (18 or older)
We start all newly approved applicants on a 9 month lease to start, no exceptions.
Renters insurance is required for all adults in the approved rental party
We look for an immediate move in upon approval.
Pets are not being considered at this time.
No smoking.
