The master bedroom with ensuite bath (double sinks, jacuzzi tub, & walk-in shower), and walk-in closet are on the 3rd level along with the 3rd bedroom, 4th full bathroom, and washer and dryer. Ceiling fans throughout.

The peaceful Governors Grove community has a pool and clubhouse. It is located minutes away from "just about everything:" 4 miles to The College of William & Mary, 4.8 miles to W & M Law School, close proximity to Interstate 64, Langley, and Fort Eustis military base. Shopping, dining, medical and professional services, and highly sought after schools are all just minutes away. The community is zoned for Clara Byrd Baker Elementary, Lois S. Hornsby Middle and Jamestown High School.

Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities including water, sewer, gas, electric, cable, & internet. Landlord pays HOA fees and taxes.
