I (40-year-old female) am looking for a roommate to rent a beautifully newly redone third floor bedroom suite with attached private bathroom. It is part of a multifamily house, of which I rent one unit. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished but has wood floors, a gas burning fireplace, and three closets for storage.

The common areas are on the second floor of the unit and include:

- Kitchen with quartz countertops, kitchen island, and new appliances.

- Fully furnished living room and dining room with entertainment area and gas burning fireplace.

- Fully furnished guest room

- A full bath with laundry facilities, and a half bath on the second floor

- Fenced in backyard with patio area and furniture.

Included in the rent:

- One off-street parking space

- Free in-unit laundry

- Gas, electricity, water/sewer

- Central air with in-unit thermostat

The house consists of two separate units, one of which is owner occupied. My unit comprises the second and third floor, approximately 1875 square feet. Your personal bedroom and bathroom suite are approximately 426 square feet. The common areas are on the second floor and feature an open concept floor plan which was newly renovated.

It is located on a quiet street off Massachusetts Avenue, with the 77 bus stop just around the corner. Walking distance to Stop & Shop and Whole Foods, close to Arlington Center and Porter Square, short bus ride to Harvard Square.

No smoking allowed, and no pets except service animals.

Renter's insurance required and security deposit of one month's rent.

First roommate, female, 40. I am an introvert who loves to cook, read, and occasionally play the violin. I have lived in this property for 2 years. I am generally a morning person.
