About this House

Huge Studio with large kitchen and wood floors. Across the street from Peabody and the JHU Hopkins Shuttle . This studio has a large, open kitchen with a range, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. There is a large kitchen island with more cabinets that divides the space, serving as an extra counter or night stand. There is plenty of room for a Queen Size Bed or pull out couch, coffee table, and breakfast nook. There are also two roomy closets. The bathroom has a bathtub and vanity. You'll always be comfortable with thermostat-controlled central AC and heat. This apartment is very quiet, as all windows look out onto our community garden, tucked away from the vibrant life of downtown Baltimore. This apartment is across the street from Peabody with easy access to the JHU and UM shuttles as well as major bus lines. There are several grocery stores within walking distance and a 7-Eleven at the end of the block. The neighborhood is also home to dozens of Baltimore's best restaurants, Mercy Hospital, the Walters Art Museum (which is free and amazing!), the Enoch Pratt Library, many music and theater performance venues, and several small parks including a dog park. The apartment is also walking distance to the Baltimore Farmers' Market, one of the best in the city. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a monthly fee of $25 per pet. Water, sewer, and trash are paid by the owner. Resident manager lives in the community and is accessible 24/7. This apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up.

We encourage our residents to take anything they like from the garden, which includes flowers, herbs, and vegetables, making the area not only relaxing, but a priceless private recluse to gather and enjoy fresh air.
