    "This location is actually very central to Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Countryside, and US19. 90 seconds to the grocery, 5 minutes to Westfield Shopping Center area, 8 minutes to Safety Harbor, and 15 minutes or less to either Tampabay or the Gulf of Mexico. Walkability / bikeability is actually pretty good. The neighborhood is adjacent and at the north end of a bike/walking path that leads directly to Old Coachman Park, the Long Center, Brighthouse Field, Disc golf, The Ream Wilson (east/west) trail, and the Progress Energy Trail. This particular neighborhood is fairly well kept and has an annual block party in the fall. The families and neighbors are nice. Home construction in this neighborhood is all block with a poured lintel. The interior of the homes can be completely remodeled with no concern for load bearing walls. Perhaps of high importance, the elevation of this particular neighborhood is 55+ feet above sea level and is in a non-evacuation zone, and no flood insurance is needed."
