About this House

A large bedroom in 4 bedroom house with shared bathroom and shared kitchen. The space 250 sq. ft. or 16 ft. x15 ft. with a double closet and lots of storage. The room can be semi furnished , if needed. Shared Kitchen and Laundry

 The house is on a cul-de-sac street with plenty of street parking and in a very safe neighborhood. It's 3 blocks away from shopping and restaurants and 5 blocks from CSUN college.

 There are 2 house mates a father and his teenage daughter . We would prefer a female renter.

Owner pay for water , gas, cable. Tenant pays for 35% of electric bill. I do this so the air conditioning and lights are turned off when tenant leaves. The lease is for a year.
Parking is on the street in front of house. No pets please, there are two cats and a dog here, so we are full up.
The other house mates are a father and his teenaged Daughter. The father has a small house in the back yard as a bedroom.
This is a four bedroom property to accommodate 3 people, sometimes another relative stays in the guest room

    "The closest freeway on-ramp is about 15 minutes away and almost everything requires a commute. Nothing is centrally located and the area is much hotter than other parts of the valley. I’ve lived in the San Fernando Valley for almost 50 years in different parts and this is, by far, my least favorite area to live. "

    "Nice area to walk your dogs. You’ll see lots of owners taking their dogs for walks at the campus. Everyone is respectful and has their dogs on leashes. "

    "Everyone keeps to themselves. But if you are walking your dog, other people will smile and say hello. There are a lot of coyotes in the area because of the Aliso Creek so be careful. Police are nearby and they are responsive. More homeless vehicles are popping up, but those camping in front of businesses are removed quickly. Overall, very safe and clean. "
