Nestled on a 1/2 acre lot, you'll enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood and the convenience of easy accessibility to multiple BART lines, freeways, and shopping. Travelers have lived here for years and we live around the corner (for over 25 years). All our prior travelers have loved this property for its peaceful, safe, and quiet surroundings.

You'll find everything you need inside the house for a comfortable stay. The high-ceiling family rooms are perfect for lounging and relaxing. At the same time, the kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a beautiful skylight, a Corian island with 2 bar stools, tile, and butcher block countertops. The dining table seats 8 and is perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

This room provides a queen sized bed, shears, black-out drapes, walk-in closet, nightstands, dresser, mirror, and art. The master en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and single vanity.

Outside, you'll find a fenced backyard with an outdoor table and seating, perfect for enjoying the lovely weather or having a meal outdoors. There's even an outdoor griller for your use! Inside, you can cozy up by the fireplace or relax on the couch in the family room. The large smart TV, coffee table, and rug make it the perfect spot for entertainment and relaxation. Ceiling fans help keep the temperature comfortable, and the laundry room provides an additional bonus space.

You'll also have access to additional storage in the detached structure on the property. Cats and dogs are allowed, other animals upon approval. We're confident you'll love staying at this beautiful midterm rental property in Hayward, CA. Welcome home!

We never had any accidents in five years, the neighbors are excellent, there is no traffic (just residents), and the views are amazing. Most homes have been remodelled and the yards look nice. It's a real pleasure living here. And highways are just a couple of minutes away"
