6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis has been a very challenging school year and 38 completely exceeded my expectations. My son in Kindergarten (the non-gifted classroom) left reading above grade level, loved his teacher and friends, and thrived during a really difficult and confusing time. He's been doing even better since we have gone to 5 days per week. Im very appreciative of my experience at 38 for the past 2 years.Parent Review2y ago - Cobble Hill School of American Studies

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended this school for 9th grade and it was absolutely horrible .. Students interrupt when teachers are teaching , the lessons are never completed . There’s always a fight . teachers are disrespectful . Don’t send your child here !!Other Review8mo ago - The Math And Science Exploratory School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat community and all, and the counselor is one of the best, but the accusations against me were terrible, as you cant have privacy and some of the teachers were extremely rude and just held outright grudges against students. In fact, one teacher almost ruined my future through an accusation, and she clearly had some kind of problem with me? Even though I’m a pretty innocent and nice kid. Overall, unless you want your future ruined, and face terrible teachers, choose a different school. I’m glad I’ll be out of there in a month, when summer starts.Student Review11mo ago - Check out schools near 188 Dean St.
