Our community is located in the heart of Eugene's Gilham neighborhood nestled between Gilham Rd and Norkenzie Rd. Firwood Village is in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes away from schools, such as Sheldon High School and Willagillespie. We are located close to shopping such as Valley River Mall and Oakway center, we are 5 to 10 minutes from downtown Eugene and close to lots of dining and entertainment. We are located across the street from Brewer park. Firwood Village has easy access to all major freeways. We currently have 2 and 3 bedroom units available, Please call for more information.

We offer a 12 month lease, and we pay water, sewer and garbage. Firwood Village is pet friendly up to 40 pounds, breed restrictions do apply.
