About this House

A beautiful home in quiet South Escondido. Private room and bathroom for rent with private keyed entrance separated from the rest of the house. The bedroom is large, all is very clean with fresh paint and new vinyl floors. Refrigerator is private to this space also. We share the laundry room and you have access from the back door into it. Off street parking in the driveway (you have the middle spot). We share a very large pool and patio area down by the pool. Swim at your own risk and no glass by or around the pool area. This is a great place for one person, no pets (including fish), no smoking. Please contact Wendy if you're interested.

Please be quiet and respectful. This is a month-month lease. The last person lived here for 9 1/2yrs. It is this way in case you or I am not happy with our situation, just in case. Also, no nails in the walls or altering the blinds. Thanks.
