It also has solar tubes installed throughout the home to have tons of natural light. The kitchen comes equipped with quartz counter tops, stainless steel range, and dishwasher. A refrigerator will also come with the home. There is even a laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups and tons of storage!
There are mini split HVAC units in each bedroom.
The home even has mature fruit trees and grape vines!

The 2 detached garages DO NOT come with the home rental.
