Description

Home was bought in 1994. It has a little over an acre that is fenced in, including the house. It has an attached garage and a detached garage out back.
Plenty of room for a nice size garden. I planted a pear tree out back 3 years ago and it has a lot of pears each season.
The interior of the home is small, but it's cozy. The ceiling in the kitchen is unique. It's all wood and curved. Beautiful. When I first looked at the house, that ceiling is what sold me.
The neighborhood is nice, and quiet. Its nice to sit out back and have a bonfire on a cool night. Pitch a tent and you have your own campsite.
The Hartman Rock Garden is one block east. I can see it from my back door. If I walk to the fence, I can see it all.
It is in the Springfield City School District. Close to shopping and the interstate.
This home has a lot of charm. And a lot of build potential. It's not for sale now, but may be within the next 5 years.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
