About this House

Historic building on bus route and close to downtown. This unit is on the first floor. Private entrance. Off street parking. Security lighting. One (1) 5000 BTU window A/C. Gas stove and refrigerator. Mini blinds on all windows. Freshly painted with new carpet throughout

Landlord does not accept online applications. Only scheduled in person applications.

Tenant pays for gas, electric, cable etc. Owner pays for trash and water. Off street parking with security lighting.

Tenants are responsible for taking their trash to the trash bin on a regular basis. Trash is picked up once a week. Only paper trash no cardboard boxes unless flattened and absolutely no tires, furniture or mattresses allowed. Tenant is responsible to remove unwanted furniture/mattresses/tires of theirs at their expense from the property when unwanted.

Tenant is responsible for their belongings/ contents and should consider tenant insurance but we do not require it.

Tenant is responsible for any damage that they or guests may cause even if by accident.

Landlord mows grass. No loud parties and no live-ins permitted. This is a quiet apartment building.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
