Garage is used for bike storage not for parking. Parking in driveway or on street. Tenants pay EWEB which is water, electric, and wastewater. Owner pays garbage, WiFi. Electronic deadbolt exterior door locks with touch pad. Laminate and hardwood flooring. Tenants share the dining room, living room, den, utility room, and kitchen which has some dishes, silverware, pots and pans provided (living room and den are furnished and we need no more). Wildlife running around all hours of the day. Peaceful! Present tenants are all peofessonals. I will be taking applications until it is rented. References required, credit check, deposit, you may need a cosigner. Sorry no pets. No Smoking/vaping.
