It has a huge bedroom with a big closet, and an additional small closet with shelves. The living room and dining area have an open concept that connects to the kitchen. The outside of the house is well lit, and it has cameras around the perimeter. Located on a nice urban neighborhood, walking distance to a few bus routes. Ideal for one person. Please complete an application if you would like to see the unit, do not show up at the house unannounced, we will not show the unit to unscheduled candidates.

The owner will pay for a parking permit for up to one car registered under the renters name, this will allow the renter to park on the street in front of the house; off-street parking may be negotiable for an additional cost. Heating and electricity is covered by the owner; renter is responsible to pay for additional services like wi-fi and cable, for example. The apartment is furnished, no big pieces of furniture, for example beds, dining tables, and couches, are allowed to be moved in. Small dogs (up to 18 pounds) and cats allowed for an additional fee. This is a quiet house, renters are expected to follow good neighbor etiquette, no loud music or noises, no parties or big groups of visitors will be allowed. No smokers. Month to Month Rental Agreement. Strict policy on late rent payments; $50 per day of late rent will be charged, renter will be asked to move out promptly if late rent payments become an issue.
