Newer paint, carpet, refrigerator and stove/oven. Front and back door. The apartment building is located directly across the street from McMenamins hotel, restaurants and theater. Swim free at McMenamins saltwater pool. Great Studio for students that like to study. It is not necessary that you are a student. Free off street parking nights and weekends. Save money with this updated inexpensive unit to buy a condo. or house in the future.

For the first year, a one year lease is required then on a month to month after that.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
