3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom cozy chalet. First level features a fully stocked, modern, eat-in Kitchen, Stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker & Keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Living room with a Smart TV, gas burning fireplace. 2 Queen Bedrooms along with 1 Full bath with tub. Upstairs loft has 2 twin beds, a Roku TV, DVD player, Foosball table & seating area complete with bean bags. Outside deck showcases a propane grill, dining table, propane fire pit & plenty of seating. Backyard has another wood burning Firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs & a hammock.

All utilities except ELECTRIC is included in rent.

Children & adult games provided.

All linens are provided.

Beach/Pool towels are provided.

Outdoor security cameras record video 24/7 for our safety and guests' safety.

Parking for 4 vehicles is allowed on the driveway only.

Amenities Badges MUST be purchased and with you when using any of the Emerald Lakes amenities. (Please note some amenities may not be available due to unforeseen closures, delayed hours, weather and seasonal closings).

There is a mandatory non- refundable amenity pass fee of $650 annually and a $250 rental fee during lease term.

Baseboard heat throughout.

Air Conditioning located in Living room. 3 Portable fans are also provided.

Washer and Dryer in home.

-PLEASE KEEP DOORS CLOSED AT ALL TIMES.
-No Shoes / Boots. Please remove shoes/boots at the door to not track in any water or mud.
-There is absolutely NO smoking allowed in this house.

Pet Policy - Pets are NOT permitted in this home.

Fireworks Policy -Fireworks of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Non-compliance will result in a $500 fine.

Firearms Policy -No firearms/bows/paintball/BB guns. Carrying a firearm without a concealed carry permit or discharging any weapons is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Non-compliance will result in a $750 fine.

Noise Policy- Quiet hours in Emerald Lakes is 10pm-8am. No excessive noise outside during these hours.

Parking - Driveway fits 4 cars. NO parking on the grass, roads, or shoulders. Non-compliance will result in a $50 fine.

Garbage Storage & Disposal -Please dispose of trash in trash bin & UNBAGGED recyclables in recycle bins provided on side of house and then bring bins to street.

Septic System- NO grease, food, paper towels, diapers, baby wipes, feminine products, cotton, cigarette butts or coffee grounds should be disposed in the toilet or in kitchen sink. Non-compliance will result in a fine.

Fireplace - Please do not leave the gas fireplace unattended at any time. (It is always good to vent the house by opening some windows while using the fireplace). If you have questions, please ask!

Speed Limits/Off-Road Vehicles- Speed limits in the community are 25 MPH. No ATV's, snowmobiles, or off-road vehicles are permitted on community roads or property. Fines run from $50-$100.

Boat Registration - All boats must be registered at the Association Office and require a fee of $10. A life vest is required for each and every boater. Boats may be powered by electric trolling motors only. Diving off boats and bridges is not allowed.

Fishing - Bass MUST be released. PA Law requires fishing licenses for 16 years and older. A life vest is required for each and every boater and carries a stiff fine if ignored.

Fire Pits & Grill -There is a propane fueled fire pit and grill on the deck. Only adults may operate. Please follow all instructions on the units. Turn dial to OFF position on the side of the deck by the stairs for the grill. Cover both units with the tarps when they are COOL or the tarps will be burned.

There is a wood-burning fire pit in the backyard. Firewood is provided. Please extinguish fire when done with use. Only adults may operate. Do not burn garbage.

DO NOT USE FIRE PITS WHEN THERE IS AN EMERGENCY BURN BAN IN EFFECT BY THE TOWNSHIP! This out of our control.

Amenity Badges - In order to enjoy Emerald Lake's amenities, including the lakes' beaches, you have to purchase community badges/passes. Badges can be purchased through a link that will be provided to you prior to checking in.

Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday - 11 am 7 pm
Thursday- 5pm - 10pm
Friday & Saturday - 11am 9pm

Outdoor Pool Hours (SUBJECT TO CHANGE):
Saturday & Sunday 11am-7pm

Kayaking, Lakes, Beaches, etc - Anyone wishing to use the kayak, MUST wear a life vest. Some have been provided. All lakes and beaches are open from dawn to dusk beginning June 11th.

Entry and swim at your own risk. A waiver will be provided to you to sign prior to engaging in any water sports/activities and for use of kayak.
Life vests and outdoor toys and games are in the storage sheds. Please return when done using.
