About this House

This classic 1920s bungalow is in excellent condition and many updates have been made since the home was purchased in 2003. An all-white updated kitchen keeps the classic style while featuring a Wolf range, built-in china cabinet, breakfast nook, marble countertops and white subway tile.

The original oak and fir floors have been recently refinished. All windows have been replaced with Pella wood windows and include two stained glass windows to flank the original fireplace. Upstairs bathroom has been updated with white penny floor tile and white subway tile in the tub.

Aluminum siding was removed from the exterior and the original wood siding was loving refurbished. Period-appropriate concrete stairs were added to the large, welcoming front porch.
