"It’s a nice subdivision that’s outside of Nashville, but close enough to get downtown quickly and easily. The rolling hills are beautiful. It’s the perfect balance of being in the country while having access to the city’s activities, shopping, etc. "

"This is a great place to live. We have beautiful scenery, great parks, and all kinds of outdoor activities. Canoeing, hiking, hunting, fishing biking; its all here. Our parents love the schools and our High School is a National Blue Ribbon Award winner."

"Kingston Springs is a great place to live. The people are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The area is loaded with outdoor activities such as the beautiful Burns Park which is over 100 acres with river access, walking trails, playground, sports fields and activity center. The Harpeth River runs through the area and is a great place for canoeing and fishing. Hunters will love the Cheatham Wildlife Area which is open for public hunting of deer and turkey. With easy access to the interstate people in Kingston Springs have a short drive to downtown Nashville. The schools in Kingston Springs are some of the best in Tennessee. The high school was rated as a National Blue Ribbon School. Taxes are low and the cost of living is very reasonable. "
