We have a bright, family-friendly, fully furnished, 2bd1ba standalone cottage available June 15, for a very clean person or family.
There is one carport parking spot.

Why stay here? No animal dander(we have a family member here with allergies, so no animals allowed on property), no smoke ever allowed, no Mold(we actively preserve a mold free environment), no rodents, ants roaches, other pests or bed bugs ever, nor toxic insecticides as we do it all naturally. On that note - I do want to mention one honor system rule we have when moving in is you must agree in good faith to take a thorough shower the moment you arrive, and wash and dry on high all your clothing items upon arrival before sitting on furniture or bed or sleeping in the bed. This is essential to keep home bug free and allergen free for you and everyone on the land. We like to sleep well at night

In addition, we are 5- 10 minutes to Makawao and Kula Schools and Hospital. 25min to Maui Memorial Hospital.
High speed internet connection available for remote working.

If you are a peaceful and clean, happy person or family who appreciates a relaxed rural residential family friendly setting with honor system fruit stands on every other corner, and 1mph speed limit up the long driveway for resident safety, then you will enjoy this area.

Just bring your essentials - everything is fully furnished and immaculately clean, new and turnkey, with towels, bedding, and everything you need to enjoy your time in Upcountry Kula.
King size bed in one room, Twin XL bunk bed in the second bedroom.

Your own laundry room and all appliances are brand new in the cottage.

Complete Landscaping and grounds maintenance included.

You, as our guests are free to gently enjoy this spacious and beautiful half acre upcountry paradise with one other house on it, small basketball court and multiple yards for the children to play in.

Renters insurance required. You must be financially stable and able to prove that with a verifiable income and credit score.
We cover utilities except you pay for Soectrum + Electric.

Do not drive up to property as it is a multi-unit tenant occupied private property, with no trespassing allowed.
The home is not visible from the road and all viewings absolutely *must* be scheduled in advance.
