It is a single level ranch home is perched with living, dining, and pool/patio that over looks the south west valley and views of North Mountain South Mountain White Tanks and the Estrella range. A great elevated walking neighborhood steps to Phx Mountain Preserve Hiking Cycling trails.

Mid term rental as needed. It is month to month.
The $400.00 refundable security deposit is to secure the room.

The 1st months rent and pro-rated is due at move in; with either a zelle payment or cashiers check. All subsequent rent payments can be by personal check or zelle.

The rent is due the 1st of the month. We encourage at least 21-30 day notice if possible if you would like to leave earlier than anticipated.
The security deposit is returned to via zelle (so instructions how zelle back are important)

The Driveway accommodates up to 8 cars. Overnight street parking has to be communicated to the HOA.

It is encouraged to keep common areas clean and tidy. Ocasional shared clearing skimmer for pool, sweeping patio to enjoy.
