Completely remodeled 1 bed 1 bath GUEST HOUSE with full kitchen and living room. While the GUEST HOUSE is attached, it is entirely separate from the main house with its own private entrance/exit. The private entrance leads into the open concept living room and full eat-in kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Brand new washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. This unit comes furnished and is located in the Encanto Palm Croft Historic District, just north of vibrant Downtown Phoenix.

UTILITIES AND PETS:
$300 flat fee for all utilities and wifi. Monthly pet fee of $25 per pet, if applicable, with a 2 pet maximum.

MOVE-IN COSTS:
A minimum deposit of $1,500 is required. Deposit and first month of rent are due before move-in. Total move-in cost would be $3,300.

QUALIFICATIONS:
We typically like to see income to be 2.5x the rent, a minimum credit score of 600, and a track record of responsibility. While some of these standards are flexible, we will select the most qualified applicant based on these standards.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
