tenant is responsible for all utilities. No dogs. No smoking in the unit. washer and dry hookup included, however there is a newer washer and dryer in the unit someone left behind that do work but we will not be responsible for them if they need repairs down the line. theres plenty of off street parking!

    "I've lived here for 14 years, my kids grew up here. Good school zones. Kind neighbors, some you don't see much of, but rarely in all my years here have we encountered and issues. Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "

Location and easy access to food and entertainment is important and Westminster provides that as well as my current location...however I miss my hometown of Frederick because there are more opportunities for children as far as community sports and activities.
