    "Nothing makes this neighborhood unique. All of the suburbs of Phoenix look the same. Cookie cutter to the max. But this neighborhood is friendlier than the other neighborhood we’ve lived in. The HOA is relaxed, also unlike our other neighborhood. They’ve got rules just like the others but they’re not watching you all the time and will only say something if your indiscretions are bad or repeated."
