The house is modern, clean, and designed for comfortable, community-minded living. First month's rent and a security deposit are required to move in.

    "There is access to the downtown area by bus but you must walk a few blocks to the main bus route unless you don’t mind transferring. I personally don’t like the main bus route (x2) it’s generally a lot of chaos and overcrowding. The busses run oddly as well. "
