On-site parking, fast WiFi, Queen adjustable bed, Hybrid Therapeutic Mattress, a STUNNING antique pool table, a lovely kitchen, couch, & chaise.

Bath w/ tiled walk-in shower.

Great for extended business travel, house-hunting, & those much-needed longer term escapes!

This is a monthly rental equipped like a short-term rental. Minimum 30 day stay, maximum 1 year.

Very cozy, with interesting roof lines throughout, large windows in all directions (with privacy shades), bamboo floors, tiled entry & bathroom.

At 538 square feet, it is also large enough to have a few guests, play some pool, relax on the couch and watch the view, the game, or have your next important meeting (real or remote).

The kitchen has granite countertops, two-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, disposal, combo convection/microwave, 3/4 sized fridge, and lots of cabinets, including cookware, utensils, plates / bowls/ glasses, mugs, cocktail mixer, etc.

Also: Toaster, Tassimo Coffee maker, blender.

For A/V: High-end in-ceiling speakers can be used for the 50" flat screen SmartTV (ROKU) & stereo (WiFi included).

With radiant floor heat and a minisplit AC/Heater, there's no worries about any shared ventilation.

Laundry is in the garage space below the suite, accessed via keycode.

Iron, ironing board, clothes steamer available upon request.

This rental rate is for stays of 3 or more months. Fully furnished, equipped like a short-term rental (airbnb). To check availability and for stays less than 3 months, contact me to discuss.
1 Parking space on-site.
Utilities are included. (water, electricity, wifi internet).
Bedding / linens / soap / toilet paper / shampoo / conditioner are provided.

We either walk, bike, or bus to everything, we love that we almost never have to drive! With the mountains, Farmer's Market, Boulder Creek, and theFamous and FUN Pearl St. Mall on one side, and a beautiful little pocket park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the trendy 29th St. Mall on the other...the Whittier neighborhood around 23rd and Pearl is the PERFECT little slice of downtown living! We wouldn't live anywhere else!! "
